Sizzlin' Salmon

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

2 lbs. salmon fillets
Salt
Pepper
Equal parts of the following ingredients:
Light brown sugar
Teriyaki baste and glaze
Bourbon (Jack Daniel's or Jim Beam)

Directions:

Place brown sugar, teriyaki and bourbon in a saucepan and heat on low. Constantly stir until of a syrupy consistency. You may need to add more brown sugar.

Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on the filet and place on foil.

Cook fish until nearly done and brush sauce on fish.

Before serving fish, rebaste with sauce.
